Further, the program was followed by the short yoga quiz to let people know about yoga and how it originated in India. The program ended with an engaging yet harmonious session of yoga and meditation. This session was necessary to let people know about some of the basic exercises, which they can practice at home by taking a few minutes out from their busy schedule.
